Study of Biology at the Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany; Diploma in 1994; 1992-1994 Diploma-Theses at the Fraunhofer Institute for Atmospheric Environmental Research (IFU) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany; 1993-1997 Ph.D position at the Fraunhofer Institute for Atmospheric Environmental Research (IFU) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany; 1997 PhD at the Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Faculty of Biology, 1997-1999 Post doctoral fellowship at the Fraunhofer Institute for Atmospheric Environmental Research (IFU) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany; since 1999 Senior Scientist at IMK-IFU.
