Land Use Change and Climate

The Land Use Change and Climate Research Group carries out a variety of research into how people use land and other natural resources, and the impacts that this has on socio-ecological systems. We explore the interactions, synergies and trade-offs between people and their environment from the past into the future and from local to global scales. In doing so, we aspire to identify sustainable land system solutions.
